September Farm to Table Dinner

Join us on the hillside at Dry Hill Ski Area for the 4th Farm to Table Dinner of our Summer 2026 series, an intimate evening celebrating seasonal ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and the beauty of dining outdoors at The Hill. The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a light hors d’oeuvre and a signature non-alcoholic cocktail as guests arrive and settle in. Our bar will also be open for those who would like to enjoy a cocktail before dinner. Guests will then gather at a long, candlelit table beneath string lights for a five-course dinner inspired by the flavors of the season. Each course will be guided by what is fresh and available in mid-September, creating a menu that reflects the best of late-summer and early-fall harvests. A complimentary glass of wine will be served with dinner. As the sun sets over the slope, guests can enjoy a relaxed and memorable evening of food, conversation, and mountain views in a truly special Dry Hill setting.
